Hi, I mentioned to some of you about the great Bible my mom got for Lydia. Most kid's Bibles have too many words on a page or the pictures look silly...This one is called The Toddlers Bible by V. Gilbert Beers (yes its a paraphrase not a translation:) FaithKidz, Cook Communications Ministries. Its for kids from 1-3 and she loves it. All the stories are 4 pages long.
If anyone else has one they like you should comment on this post.

thats great to know. owen has one that i enjoy. it is REALLY paraphrased and Jesus might talk in slang sometimes but it is still good. it's called the bible for little boys and yes they have one for little girls too. each lesson has a little caterpillar you search for in the picture. they also have a page after each lesson that gives parents ideas to reinforce the lesson throughout the week. lastly, each lesson has a section that talks to the little boy about becoming a man of God. it's neat.
